Front Desk Service Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Service Manager to join our team at CSM Corporation. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
- Assist guests by having knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
- Contribute to achieving business revenue goals by developing and implementing creative service programs designed to increase guest satisfaction.
- Motivate staff by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, and recognizing employees' achievements.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior guest service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Basic computer knowledge and excellent verbal communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or a college degree preferred.
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.
