About the Role

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the showroom's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct Post-Sale Appointments: Meet with customers to discuss their purchase and provide after-sales support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, reflecting the high standards of Brilliant Earth.
Requirements
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork and Multi-Tasking: Work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Retail or Hospitality: Possess experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS), customer relationship management (CRM), or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
