About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our services, and establishing their service schedules for the season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to incoming quote requests and emails from leads.
  • Take incoming calls and identify customer needs to suggest suitable services and products.
  • Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries.
  • Communicate with office and field staff to resolve service and scheduling issues.
  • Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
