Job Summary

The Executive Support Professional will provide administrative support to senior-level executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Project Management: Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in executive support or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
