Job Summary:

As a key member of our front office team, the Administrative Assistant - Customer Service will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a seamless customer experience at Carl Black Chevrolet of Nashville. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence;
* Greet customers, guests, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner;
* Provide administrative support to sales teams, including data entry, document preparation, and filing;
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic;
* Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events;
* Ensure that all interactions with customers are polite, courteous, and respectful.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required;
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used in the automotive industry.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
