We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Technology Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will provide leadership, vision, and management for technology-equipped classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement classroom and conference room build recommendations to ensure seamless integration of technology.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate builds, troubleshooting, and testing of technology-equipped spaces.
  • Provide project coordination for recurring and new computing and AV initiatives, including annual computing and AV replacements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with campus constituents to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years experience leading a team in a technical support or customer service environment required.
  • Strong knowledge of event space technology and experience planning and managing a budget.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and plan and manage several builds at once.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,500-$67,500, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 10% employer contributions to the retirement plan, outstanding vacation and sick time packages, and generous employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts.
