About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Auditor to join our Internal Audit team at Target. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Internal Audit activities, leveraging your knowledge of risk management capabilities to identify and assess risks and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Internal Audit activities, including risk assessment, process and internal controls, and root cause analysis.
  • Utilize your subject matter expertise to provide risk insights and assurance that supports business objectives.
  • Work independently with a high level of initiative, providing direction and coaching to others, managing projects effectively, and communicating with business owners.
  • Foster your personal development by remaining current with industry trends and emerging risks.

Requirements:

  • B.A/B.S degree in the field of management information systems, information technology, software engineering, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of technology audit experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts.
  • Demonstrate strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and written/oral communication skills.
