Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to become a vital part of our Fund Finance team, focusing on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration responsibilities.

This position will report directly to an Assistant Vice President and will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, external vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational reviews and maintain oversight of third-party administrators and transfer agents, particularly in the evaluation of quarterly financial statement packages.
- Analyze valuations, performance metrics, fee assessments, and expense accruals for a portfolio that includes over 200 Private Equity feeder funds.
- Review management fee calculations to ensure compliance with the governing documents of the funds.
- Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators and banking custodians.
- Adhere to established procedures for all processes executed within the Fund Finance Financial Statement Review team, including effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC) calculations, generate and review summary reports, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Facilitate ad-hoc inquiries from various teams within the organization, including fund data, investor, and client requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of effective escalation and communication.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging innovative technology.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. iCapital offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.

Each department has unique requirements, and some positions may be designated as in-office roles based on their functions.
