About the Role:

Gpac, a leading search firm, is partnering with a well-established Biotech Company to find a talented Director of Business Development. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 3 years of Business Development experience in the antibody discovery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and target potential partners for collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including biotech and pharma companies.
  • Present company offerings to potential clients and negotiate partnership agreements.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in a related field.
  • 3 years of Business Development experience in antibody discovery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
