Clinical Supervisor

Eliot's Behavioral Health Division is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide overall clinical supervision and lead case management staff working in an outreach and residential setting.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervision of team members.
- Provide direct supervision to case management and direct care staff, both in the office and in the field.
- Teach and model clinical interventions, strength-based strategies, and ensure services are culturally competent for individuals served.
- Under the guidance of senior team leadership, provide recovery-based services, focused on rehabilitation and each individual's preferences.
- Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including performing assessments, obtaining authorizations, completing crisis plans, and beginning the process of person-centered care.
- Provide direct clinical interventions and adapt individual treatment plans as needed.
- Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating basis.
- MA degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or one of the following licenses: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, OT, RN, LDAC I, or ABA.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
- Full-time, four 10-hour days.
- Part-time, 20 hours per week, based on your schedule.
- Part-time, 24 hours, three days per week.
- Weekend hours.
- Hybrid availability.
Office in Saugus, with community-based work in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, and Swampscott. Mileage reimbursement provided. Driver's license and vehicle required.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting salary: $70,000.
- 6% bilingual salary increase if fluent in the needed language capacity.
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000.
