Nursing Supervisor

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, while also providing guidance and support to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Critical care nursing experience
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
