About the Role

ONE Campaign is seeking a skilled Partnership Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external funding partners to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals and reports to funders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies for effective funder management and integration.
  • Track and evaluate development performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on activities, outcomes, and impact to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in international development, business, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in general administration, communications, relationship management, project management, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of international development and passion for African development.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 per year.
