Position Summary: The Marketing Operations Manager is instrumental in implementing the marketing and communications strategy of the organization. This role encompasses the management of content schedules, website modifications, newsletter assessments, event assistance, internal communications, CRM database oversight, and media analysis reports. Collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, this position is pivotal in shaping the organization's public narrative across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Marketing & Communications Operations
- Conduct strategic planning sessions and business unit evaluations
- Create and uphold content schedules
- Manage project requirements and campaign outcomes
- Act as Support for Marketing Communications
- Assist with website modifications, email outreach, and event coordination
- Provide support for internal communications
- Manage Workflow & Enhance Processes
- Identify project dependencies and opportunities for improvement
- Effectively manage timelines and approval processes
- Facilitate Training and Development Initiatives
