Autonomous Vehicle Systems Engineer

Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team of experts in autonomous vehicles and machine learning. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing improvements to our HPC infrastructure, optimizing storage technologies in the cloud and datacenter(s), and investigating new distributed system paradigms to meet Zoox's growing computational needs. You will work closely with our team of engineers and researchers to design and develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a role focused on HPC or cloud computing
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and machine learning concepts
- Proficiency with Python, Java, or other managed languages
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
