About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Medical Group Montana. As a LPN LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 18 months licensed nursing experience.
