Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
  • Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's
  • Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON

Requirements:

  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME)
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently
