Job Summary:

This LPN position is located at the CPG Advanced Pain and Spine Institute. The successful candidate will assist physicians with patients, taking vitals, histories, and updating medication. They will also develop and maintain patient education materials, prepare patient equipment and medication prescriptions for the Physician, and chart patient information.

Responsibilities:

* Assist physicians with patients, taking vitals, histories, and updating medication
* Develop and maintain patient education materials
* Prepare patient equipment and medication prescriptions for the Physician
* Chart patient information

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed, or eligible for licensing, in the State as a Licensed Practice Nurse
* Current BLS upon hire
* Healthcare provider BLS required within three (3) months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

* Recent experience and/or previous nursing practice and current Healthcare Provider BLS preferred
