We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CPG North Primary Care in Missoula, Montana. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting.
- Act as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
- Utilize clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing in the State of Montana as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- One (1) year of acute care nursing experience required.
- Current BLS upon hire, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- Recent hospital experience preferred.
- Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS upon hire preferred.
