About the Role
We are seeking a skilled LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Medical Group Montana. As a LPN LVN Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current Montana Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 18 months licensed nursing experience.
