Customer Service and Business Development Representative

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to deliver exceptional service and sales skills in the field.
Salary:$23 per hour plus overtime, with an estimated $48,000 - $60,000 annual salary, depending on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Manage and grow our customer base by following a 28-day service schedule and conducting the 29-step preventative maintenance process on all dish machines.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations for our customers.
- Sales and Marketing: Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Emergency Support: Provide on-call emergency service when needed, demonstrating commitment to our clients.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for safe and efficient delivery and pickup of chemicals.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Essential for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Strong Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for building rapport with decision-makers and addressing customer concerns professionally.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
