Business Development Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative to join our team at MacArthur Co. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to pursue them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
