As the self-storage industry leader, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team.


Compensation

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour.


Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-driven individual to manage our customer service operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing customer storage needs and providing suggestions for packing and moving supplies.
  • Conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
  • Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and making reminder and collection calls when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
