Customer Service Professional

As the self-storage industry leader, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Compensation
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $14.50 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven individual to manage our customer service operations across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing customer storage needs and providing suggestions for packing and moving supplies.
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer payments and making reminder and collection calls when necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
