Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team at Quicksilver Express Courier. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless delivery experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their deliveries
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery routes and schedules
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and delivery status

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong knowledge of the Kansas City Metro area and surrounding regions
