Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Frontline Service associate. As a key member of our retail staff, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the visual presentation of our store, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
• Previous retail experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional bending, stooping, or reaching

**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience working with mobile retail applications or front-end equipment such as cash registers
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Familiarity with Walmart's policies and procedures, as well as our company culture and values
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus

This role requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
