Job Title: Program Manager - Logistics Coordinator

This role is a key position within the BGIS team, responsible for coordinating logistics and program management activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse departments and team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and program management activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to focus efforts of diverse departments and team members to complete projects with shared goals.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities employing multiple perspectives and higher-level strategic impact.
  • Relationship building talent within the organization and with external clients and vendors.
