About the Role

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Strategy and Operations, Consulting and/or Business operations with 12+ years of experience in high tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and lead initiatives focused on go-to-market strategy, analytics, and operations that impact the US Public Sector business.
  • Leverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across our sales organization.
  • Analyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and products.
  • Work cross-functionally across Finance, Sales, GTM, and other key stakeholders to effectively implement strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of Strategy and operations, business operations or Consulting experience.
  • Comfortable independently navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and data.
  • Comfortable with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your analytical skills to collaborate with the rest of the cross-functional teams to build solutions.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and self-confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels.
