Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our advanced building automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HVAC systems and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of industrial instrumentation used for monitoring and controlling HVAC systems.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential issues and performing necessary adjustments.
  • Interpret and apply wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings to ensure proper installation and repairs.
  • Document all maintenance activities and prepare reports on work performed.
  • Troubleshoot complex telemetry and control system issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Implement and document software and hardware changes to enhance system performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, including PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of standard hand and power tools, as well as electronic testing equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Ability to perform tasks safely and effectively, identifying and addressing workplace hazards.

Additional Information
This position requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule and may involve working extended hours, including weekends and holidays. A valid driver's license is required. Candidates must be able to pass a government background check for access to restricted areas.
