Position Overview

The Commercial Lines Team Leader is responsible for guiding an account management team, ensuring efficient production, managing performance metrics, and coordinating account responsibilities among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team
  • Oversee team members' time management, including leave requests
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer coaching for team development
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members
  • Participate in necessary internal meetings
  • Facilitate monthly team discussions
  • Review team reports and ensure accountability for pending tasks
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Maintain an active Property & Casualty License and enhance insurance expertise through continuing education

The ideal candidate will possess an active P&C license and a minimum of five years of experience in commercial insurance, along with the following qualifications:
