  • Owning the month-end close process, including posting journal entries.
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Producing financial statements and monthly reporting.
  • Serving as a liaison between the General Ledger, Finance, and Procurement departments, as well as communicating with other organization department managers outside of Finance & Accounting.

Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, with at least 1 year of owning the month-end close.
  • Experience with Great Plains is a plus, but not required.
