Your Role in Action
  • Collaborative Caregiver: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for our clients.
  • Assessment Expert: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical histories and developmental needs to inform our treatment approach.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Behavioral Support: Provide vigilant support during therapy sessions, intervening as needed to ensure a safe and successful experience for our clients.
  • Family Empowerment: Educate and support our clients' families to empower them to become champions of care and advocates for their child's journey.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with external healthcare providers to ensure seamless and integrated care for our clients.
  • Documentation and Quality Improvement: Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions, identifying areas for quality improvement and contributing to the ongoing evolution of best practices in ABA therapy and pediatric nursing.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
  • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each client and their family, exhibiting empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
