Your Role in Action- Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, leveraging your clinical expertise and compassionate spirit to drive positive outcomes.
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' medical histories and developmental needs, guiding our path towards effective treatment planning and intervention.
- Medication Management: Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
- Family Support: Empower our clients' families with the knowledge and skills they need to become champions of care, supporting their child's journey beyond the therapy room.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Forge powerful alliances with external healthcare providers, uniting with pediatricians, psychologists, and specialists to ensure seamless, integrated care.
- Documentation and Quality Improvement: Maintain meticulous records of our clients' progress and treatment interventions, driving continuous quality improvement and best practices in ABA therapy and pediatric nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing, with a preference for experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, committed to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
