Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a VP/Director of Finance in Randolph, Massachusetts. This role is within the Manufacturing industry and is involved in overseeing our financial planning, risk management, and the execution of our long-term financial strategies. The VP/Director of Finance will work closely with our CEO and senior leadership team to ensure our financial objectives are met and that our strategic initiatives are effectively implemented.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our long-term goals

• Oversee the finance department, including functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to support decision-making and drive performance improvements

• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational goals

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, cash operations, and purchasing

• Provide monthly financial performance report updates and periodic updates to the Board of Trustees

• Oversee banking, creditors, and debt management, and maintain good relationships with banking partners

• Coordinate, maintain, and monitor insurance programs and maintain internal controls

• Coordinate the annual audit of financial statements and tax filings.

·      Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.

·      MBA, CPA, or another recognized credential is preferred.

·      At least 8+ year(s) of related experience, specifically in general finance and oversight of financial function; 10 years preferred.

·      Previous Supervisory experience is required.

·      Excellent interpersonal, communication organization and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·      Ability to work autonomously.

·      Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and ability to work in a team environment.
