Community Support Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Support Navigator to join our team at South Middlesex Opportu. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating clients through the complex system of community resources and services.
About the Role:
- The Community Support Navigator will work closely with clients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized plans to address those needs.
- This is a 35-hour per week position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum of 2 years' experience in case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of community resources, including emergency shelters, food banks, and healthcare services.
- Provide education and support to clients on topics such as tenant rights, budgeting, and life skills.
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

- A salary range of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
