Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare services during assigned hours, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to federal and state laws as well as funder requirements.
  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating healthy behavior when interacting with children and parents, promoting positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Support parents in developing new parenting skills, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff on a regular basis, attending treatment team meetings and staying informed about program developments.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients, employees, and agency information.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the daycare area, upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a daycare or pre-school setting, or equivalent education and training.
  • Ability to pass CORI/SORI checks as required by law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community partners.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
