Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Apolis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process various forms and documents related to human resources activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as a communication liaison between departments, identifying and sharing issues, concerns, and needs with Senior HR Leadership and other HR associates.
  • Assess customer needs, gather and provide information, and suggest options for inquiry resolution while navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
