Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at the City of Grapevine TX. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our ridership and special event trains, as well as our Destination Grapevine and weekly excursions to potential groups, charters, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including groups, charters, and individuals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
