Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products and providing an unforgettable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing our client's home theater technology to customers
- Execute sales strategies to drive program operations and meet mission-critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase sales
- Engage customers through product demonstrations and identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate our client's information with confidence
- Display our client's products in a spotlight and keep the momentum going by knocking out call reports on the same day as your store visit
- Previous sales experience required, with consumer electronics experience a plus
- Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present our client's product information confidently to individuals and groups
- Reliable ride and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs
- Tech-ready with access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
We offer a competitive pay range of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for sales bonuses and a retention bonus for program completion. We also provide paid training, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and paid time off.
