We are a dynamic and growing dance company, DivaDance, offering a unique and inclusive dance experience for adults. Our mission is to inspire confidence and build community through our stress-free dance classes, programs, and parties.

We are seeking a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for connecting with our clients, learning about their experience, and presenting our membership options to fit their needs.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership, and posting to our social media accounts during classes. If you are a confident, persuasive individual who thrives on forming meaningful rapport with others, we encourage you to apply.

The Gig:

We are looking for someone to host 2-3 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. You will work at our studios in Grapevine, Irving, and/or Las Colinas and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes.

Compensation is $15 per class + $10 per membership sold. It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.

Requirements:

We prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience. You should be fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence. Most importantly, you should be persuasive, articulate, and confident.
