Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing our client's home theater technology to customers
  • Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in the spotlight, ensuring they are perfectly displayed and ready to rock the sales floor
  • Maintain momentum by knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required, with consumer electronics experience being a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable ride and physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready with access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
