Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Ambulatory Clinic Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of nursing care and clinical operations within the Ambulatory Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care and clinical operations within the Ambulatory Department
  • Oversee and implement quality assurance for direct patient care and clinical follow-up
  • Maintain efficient flow of patient care in all clinical settings
  • Support department leadership team by demonstrating effective leadership communication and conflict resolution skills
Requirements
  • Current unencumbered licensure with the WV Board of Registered Professional Nurses, or appropriate state board where services will be provided, as a registered professional nurse
  • Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • One (1) year management/supervisory experience
