Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proficiency in equipment operation and production procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and perform maintenance on digital decorating equipment.
  • Adjust machinery to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze and implement effective solutions.
  • Follow safety protocols as outlined in the policy manual.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred background or experience in the arts.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with dollies and pallet jacks is a plus.
  • Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
