Job Title: Medical Records Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at CIOX Health. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of patient medical records.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain patient medical records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient medical information.
  • Respond to requests for patient medical records in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or medical records environment.
  • Previous experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
