We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call center environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
