Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the Lower Eastside Service Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the clinical operations of our OASAS 820 certified residential treatment program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and supervision to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, and significant experience in the substance use field. You will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance on treatment planning and delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide ongoing training and support to clinical staff
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Significant experience in the substance use field
