About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Contact Center Lead to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contact Center operations, ensuring that all aspects of customer service, agent escalation requests, and coordination with other partners are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes providing direct supervision to internal team leaders, working collaboratively to implement best practice guidelines and protocols, and directing the administration and coordination of special programs.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in customer service, support or sales management, preferably in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against a defined scope of work, including strategic innovation and performance reporting.

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
