About the Role:

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a skilled Event Traffic Director to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of events, directing guests to parking areas, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive guest relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Direct guests to parking areas, ensuring safe and timely arrivals and departures.
  • Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, interacting with guests and operating in a dynamic setting.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide assistance to guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Clean-cut, professional, and uniform appearance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of account locations and approved parking areas.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Customer service experience preferred.
