Progressive Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Del Sol Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
- Preferred certifications: CCRN, PALS, TNCC.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of body substance isolation and ability to listen, empathize, and respond to patient, family, and internal and external partner needs.
