Job Summary
The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to monitored patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for monitored patients, including cardiac monitoring and hemodynamic stabilization.
- Respond to emergent situations and provide care to patients with evidence-based medicine and cardiac catheterization.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting health education and empowerment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN/Registered Nurse License.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification (RNs with more than 1 year of experience should obtain certification within 6 months of employment).
