Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitor and recognize changes in patient status, taking appropriate action to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer and monitor the effects of medications, treatments, and procedures performed on patients.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Educate patients and families on individualized care plans and provide emotional support as needed.
- RN licensed in the State of Texas or Compact.
- BCLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Associates Degree or BSN.
- Critical Care Background.
- Dysrhythmia Recognition.
- Proficiency in EKG.
