Job Description

CloudHQ LLC is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures, as well as preparing monthly accrual and variance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable process
  • Ensure compliance of all client lease agreements to ensure all obligations of the Landlord and Client are being met
  • Respond to client requests and needs and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues
  • Perform property inspections on a regular basis and make recommendations to maintain or enhance the asset
  • Supervise and manage team members to ensure exceptional performance is being achieved
Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years of commercial property management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Accounting software applications and a strong understanding of financial terms and principles
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language
